This mobile application, immo 360 ("Application"), is provided by immo360 ("Service Provider") as a part of our SaaS (Software as a Service) solution.

The Application is intended exclusively for authorized clients of immo360. It is not available for public use or registration via Google Play or the App Store. Access to the Application requires a valid account provided by the Service Provider as part of a service agreement or subscription package.

By using this Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are not a registered client of immo360, you are not authorized to use this Application. Unauthorized access or misuse is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of service or legal action.

The Application operates strictly as an access tool for clients of immo360 to manage their own users and data. If you are an end user and have questions about your data, please contact the organization that provided you with access to this application.

4. Internet and Network Usage

Some functions require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application doesn’t work fully due to:

• Lack of internet connection
• Exhausted data plans

You are responsible for any mobile data charges, including roaming costs.

5. Device Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

• Keep your device charged
• Ensure it supports the required operating system versions

The Service Provider is not liable if you are unable to access the Application due to device issues.

6. Accuracy and Third-Party Data

The Service Provider aims to keep all information accurate and up to date, but relies on third-party sources. Therefore, it does not take responsibility for any loss (direct or indirect) resulting from reliance on the information in the Application.

7. Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may stop providing the Application at any time. Upon termination:

• You must delete the Application from your device
